Many organizations worldwide have their own in-house instructors to train its employees. Rescue 3 Benelux has different levels for training instructors. If organizations want to have in-house instructors to providing instructions, there are various instructor levels.

To become a instructor there are several steps, such as:

• meet the entry requirements 
• assessment own ability 
• follow the instructor training
• assessment teach skills 
• developmental fase
