First aid and trauma care
In many cases, ambulances will be on site quickly to provide expert assistance. There are numerous situations where the ambulance is not immediately available or it can take over, while dealing with serious injuries, such as in confined spaces, industry on height or water. In all these cases it is important that the care providers are prepared so that they can stabilize a patient and can transport them to a place where medical teams can take over. This requires good training. For less specialized rescue teams, there are enough reasons why they should be able to immediately provide adequate first aid. This often given the seriousness of the trauma, such as motocross, rafting, water races and outdoor activities.
