Surface water rescue
Emergency services are increasingly demanding surface water rescue. This type of water rescue requires a customized strategy in equipment, deployment procedures and training of the required techniques. Rescue 3 Benelux offers comprehensive training courses to instructor level.
After completing the practical training, the rescuer is able to relatively safe and easily perform a water rescue. Firedeparments dive teams usually arrive later than the first fire truck but the first fire truck can support for the water rescue team and the dive team can take over the underwater search. Also, regular workers are now able to analyze hazards in flooded streets and overpasses so they can vouch for their own security.
