Work and rescue at heights
Emergency services regularly work at high altitude. A fall may have fatal effect. Working in a safe manner with fall protection means is important. Fail to wear a harness properly can be harmful.
Rescue 3 Benelux has developed several courses for emergency services to give substance to the needs of the emergency services to work safely at height. This can vary from one basistratining in learning to work with a lifeline or roofset, but can also mean that emergency services are trained in a few days to safely move along ropes (rope access) and specifically focused on the work of the emergency services. In all courses, we also pay attention to the procedures how to get a colleague safely back down when in trouble.
Working with a roof set
Training that shows employees in a few hours every aspect that's important in working with a roof set. The topics addressed include: selection of anchor points, tensioning lines, using ridge piece, fall factor, putting on and checking a harnass, rescuing a colleague.
