Spinal injuries advanced
Audience:
Emergency responders and employees at the ambulance responsible for organizing assistance to any victim who has a risk of spinal injury and want to train these skills in their own environment in a variety of conditions often combined with other trauma or coercion teeth.
Description:
This module we train dealing with spinal injury extensively in various scenarios and focused on the practical situation of the emergency responders. For participation in this training, knowledge of the field is required by the participant. In the training, we discussed among other things: the use of coercion in cervical collar positions, the use backboards in steep terrain, fast release, use of short spinal splinting, spinal injuries with vertical transport, work in difficult conditions such as tight spaces.

Entrance requirements:
Emergancey responders who successfully completed a basic training for care providers which deals with spinal injuries or have been an ambulance driver or paramedic.
